Ovulation Induction & Timed Intercourse

This is the first step in the management of infertility. Women who ovulate infrequently or who do not ovulate at all are most benefited by ovulation induction through different fertility drugs. It is one of the simple, most natural, least invasive fertility treatments available.  The aim of ovulation induction is to stimulate at least 2 large follicles, followed by trigger injection to make them ovulate. Then the couple is advised to have intercourse for 3 to 4 days followed by progesterone supplementation for few days.
